benecaster_token_quietly_restored
Fires when license recovery brings back a token its cutoff revoked. The same feed URL works again. Announced by cron in the same batches as benecaster_token_quietly_revoked. A token someone cancelled during the cutoff is not restored, so it is not announced.

Notes
Never send email from it. The listener was never told their feed stopped. Worked example: the recipe Keep an email list right through a license lapse.
