benecaster_show_limit_recovered

Action Premium

Fires during the daily license validation cycle when the active show count is back within the plan limit and at least one previously disabled show has just been automatically re-enabled. The newly_reenabled_show_ids array contains only the delta — shows re-enabled in this cycle.

This action does not fire on repeat cron ticks where the disabled set is unchanged (idempotent: if no shows changed state, the action is silent). It fires only when the disabled set shrinks.

When a site transitions from a limited plan to an unlimited plan (Multi-Show or Studio), all previously disabled shows are re-enabled in a single pass and this action fires once with all of their IDs in newly_reenabled_show_ids. show_limit in the payload will be null for unlimited plans.

Use cases: resolving a monitoring incident (“the over-limit situation is cleared”), sending a notification that show feeds are restored, or triggering an audit of which shows came back online after a grace period.

The payload is a delta. benecaster_get_over_limit_show_ids() returns the full set that is still disabled after this cycle — which is not necessarily empty, since a recovery can be partial.

Parameters

Name Type Default Description
$payload array — Associative array with three keys: `active_show_count` (int — total published shows at the time of the check), `show_limit` (int|null — your plan's show limit after recovery; null on unlimited plans), and `newly_reenabled_show_ids` (int[] — WordPress post IDs of the shows that were just re-enabled in this validation cycle).
