benecaster_migration_wizard_intercept_csv_upload

Fires before shadow records are created during a CSV import. When the filter returns a non-empty string, the REST endpoint signals an intercept and redirects to that URL instead of creating shadow records. The Migration Wizard add-on hooks this filter to route CSV uploads through its own multi-step wizard UI when installed.

Parameters
