benecaster_migration_should_expire_patron
Lets you hold back the daily grace-expiry check for one person. Return false to leave them alone today.
All or nothing. Returning false skips everything at once — ending their private access, marking them lapsed, counting them, and benecaster_migration_subscriber_dropped. There is no way to skip only part, because ending access without the rest would leave their record wrong, and the rest without ending access would email them that access had ended while it still worked.
A veto lasts one day. They stay past their deadline and are offered again on the next daily check, so a callback holding someone back while a payment settles does not have to remember to release them.
It is not the place to protect free members — they have no deadline and never reach this.
