Fires every time the add-on reads Listener Support donations, after the per-show check: what GET benecaster-analytics/v1/analytics/donations answers. available says whether any show read had a donation in the range. One entry per currency, never summed across currencies. A donation with no amount is counted, never added as zero. Label them donations received, never revenue. A non-array return is ignored.
