benecaster_transcription_provider_rates
Filters the rates behind Transcription Service’s cost figures: the estimate before a bulk transcription, and the Transcribed this month line on Settings → Transcription. Return the array, keyed by provider slug, or {slug}:{model} where the model changes the price, with each value in US dollars a minute.
Anything but a positive number counts as no rate, and the screen then says it can’t estimate the cost rather than guessing. The bulk estimate reads a custom provider’s own slug; the monthly line reads the key custom.
