benecaster_transcript_imported
Fires once after an imported transcript is stored as the episode’s transcript and the episode’s transcript URL is written. It fires for every successful import, a Replace with identical text included, and after benecaster_transcript_updated, which fires first only when the text changed. To re-index, listen to benecaster_transcript_updated, which covers every source; this action is for code that cares how a transcript arrived.
Not fired for a refused import: a file that could not be read, an episode with a transcript when Replace was not confirmed, or one whose transcription is queued or processing. A txt import has no timestamps, and its transcript URL is its .txt file rather than its .vtt file.
