benecaster_manager_plugin_information
Filters the object behind WordPress’s View details dialog for a Benecaster add-on or the Add-on Manager.
Add sections or change text freely. Any download_link is removed and slug is restored, because WordPress’s dialog installs from download_link, which would bypass the signature check. Anything but an object is ignored.
Fired by the Benecaster Add-on Manager, not by Benecaster itself, and only while the Manager is active, so no function_exists() guard is needed. No hook can switch the signature check off, change the updates host, change where the download goes or where the site token is sent, or turn a refusal into an install. No argument carries a site token.
