How long after the grace deadline a completion link still signs its holder in. Default 30. Set once per import, counted from the deadline.

It governs the sign-in, not the link. Past the date the link still opens the checkout; it simply stops identifying them, so they log in like anyone else. That is what lets the access-ended email say the link keeps working without leaving a sign-in credential in a mailbox for ever.

Thirty days by default because the access-ended email goes out at the deadline, and a shorter tail would send the one win-back email with a credential about to expire. A value of 0 or less is treated as one day; there is no way to make the sign-in last for ever.
