Add-on: Video Podcast Enhanced
$49/year
Benecaster supports video episodes — you can attach a video URL and it works. Video Podcast Enhanced goes further: a full-screen responsive video player, chapter markers with thumbnail previews, video-specific RSS output, and poster images per episode. Everything a video-first show needs, without compromising the audio experience for listeners who prefer their podcast app.

Video Podcast Enhanced is coming soon. Leave your email address and we will let you know as it progresses.
What’s included
- Full-screen responsive video player with episode-page embed
- Video chapter markers with thumbnail previews (distinct from built-in Chapter Markers — video chapters carry artwork thumbnails)
- Video-specific RSS output:
<media:content>tags and video episode type metadata - Poster image per episode — thumbnail shown before playback starts
- Download options: direct video download link per episode
- When Transcription Service is installed: video transcript support — same timestamped, interactive transcripts, sourced from your video audio
Who it’s for: Podcasters whose primary format is video and who want their episode pages and RSS feed to reflect that — not the audio-first defaults.
