Podcast Workflow adds the production layer that serious shows need: a way to share episodes before they’re public, a structured path from draft to published, and a collaborative space for notes and tasks.

Guest Preview

Generate time-limited preview tokens for unpublished episodes. Share with guests, sponsors, or co-hosts before publication. Each preview page includes the episode player and a private feedback form with optional timestamp references — guests can note a correction at a specific moment. Track who’s viewed the preview and revoke tokens from the dashboard when you’re done.
